ALUDESIGN AG in Allschwil BL produces and distributes innovative letter/package box systems and digital cloakrooms made of aluminium. The combination of unique functionality, high quality, and modern design makes this an ideal solution for private residential and rental buildings as well as commercial properties.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual for the position of Internal Sales / Project Management (m/f/d).

Your Tasks

• Support and advise our customers from inquiry to successful project completion
• Preparation of quotations, calculations, and technical clarifications
• Planning, coordination, and monitoring of projects in close cooperation with production, logistics, and assembly departments
• Support of the field service through expert preparation and follow-up
• Ensuring smooth communication between customers, suppliers, and internal departments
• Responsibility for deadlines, quality, and costs during the project process

Your Profile

• Completed technical or commercial training, ideally with further education in project management or sales
• Training as a metalworker, locksmith, or carpenter is an advantage
• Essential: Experience with CAD programmes (e.g. AutoCAD)
• Several years of experience in internal sales or project management, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing company
• Technical understanding and interest in design and architectural projects
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and negotiation skills
• Very good German language skills, French skills are an advantage
