To strengthen the team of the Sports Office and support the development of its activities, we are looking for:
Auxiliary Administrative Employee at 60%
Main tasks:
- Ensure the administrative management and coordination of the provision of municipal sports facilities (planning, bookings, usage agreements, access management and coordination with various partners).
- Ensure the administrative follow-up of the Sports Office activities, including the preparation of correspondence, decisions, notices, minutes and other official documents.
- Manage relations with sports clubs, associations, users and partners.
- Ensure the administrative and financial follow-up of the Office's activities (management of subsidies, invoicing, statistics and dashboards).
- Provide administrative support for the organisation of sporting events.
- Participate in the communication of the Sports Office by ensuring the dissemination of information to various audiences and updating communication materials.
We are looking for:
- Commercial employee CFC with an interest in technology or CFC in a technical field with ease in administrative tasks
- at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- initiative and ability to organise one’s work
- experience in drafting minutes (an advantage)
- good command of common Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- general ease with IT and good ability to learn new tools
- excellent command of the French language, good writing skills
