An established company is looking for a specialist in IT system engineering. In this role, you will manage the existing IT infrastructure and ensure reliable operation of the systems together with internal teams and external partners.
You can expect a varied range of tasks involving Microsoft 365, networks, endpoint management and IT security. You will be able to apply your technical knowledge and contribute to the further development of the IT environment.
Responsibilities:
Administration and management of the Microsoft 365 environment including Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online and Active Directory
Support and monitoring of endpoint, security, backup and virtualisation solutions
Operation and further development of the network infrastructure as well as collaboration with external IT partners
Participation in infrastructure and digitalisation projects as well as in the further development of IT processes
Analysis and resolution of technical faults at 2nd level as well as coordination of more complex support cases
Creation of technical documentation and support in the helpdesk as well as on-call duty if required
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ platform development or equivalent qualification
At least three years of professional experience in system technology or system engineering
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune and Exchange Online
Experience in client and endpoint management as well as ideally knowledge of VMware, Veeam and network technologies
Interest in IT security, analytical thinking and an independent, solution-oriented working style
Team orientation as well as very good German skills and good English skills in spoken and written form
