Your tasks:

• Competent telephone sales and advice to our business customers (B2B) on copier paper, hygiene, CAD, and packaging materials
• Preparation of individual offers and accompanying customers until successful completion
• Active support and long-term maintenance of our existing customer relationships
• Receipt and reliable processing of telephone and written orders
• Needs-oriented product advice with a focus on suitable solutions
• Close cooperation with our internal sales departments

Your profile:

• Completed commercial or comparable training
• You communicate confidently in Swiss German
• French language skills are an advantage but not a requirement
• Negotiation skills and enjoyment of sales
• Independent, communicative, and customer-oriented personality
• Quick comprehension as well as careful and precise working style
• Team player with a reliable, responsible, and resilient working style
• Friendly appearance, positive charisma, and high motivation
