Your tasks
- Main responsibility for the IT area
- Interface to external IT service providers
- Collaboration in the further development and optimisation of digital processes
- Support in the management of telephone and reception
- Support in deployment planning / coordination
- Hub function between clients, nursing and internal departments
- Support with administrative tasks
- General administrative duties
Your profile
- Completed commercial training EFZ
- High affinity for IT
- Excellent IT user skills
- Interest in taking responsibility in the IT area (no formal IT training required)
- Experience in healthcare an advantage
- Organisational skills and enjoyment of coordination
- Strong service orientation and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Independent, structured and precise way of working
- Networked thinking as well as flexibility and resilience
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
