ICT System Specialist (m/f/d)

You take on 1st and 2nd level support in a hybrid IT infrastructure
You install and maintain clients, printers, and peripheral devices
You manage servers, network, and cloud, including Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, virtualisation, and backup
You support employees with technical concerns and contribute to ICT projects
You work on projects such as Teams telephony and the renewal of switches
Qualifications:
You have training as an ICT specialist EFZ, computer scientist EFZ or a comparable qualification
You have solid knowledge of Windows client and server environments
You are familiar with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, and network technology such as LAN/WLAN, VPN, and firewall
You work independently, structured, and precisely, are customer- and service-oriented, and enjoy working in a team
You have very good German and good English skills
Microsoft certifications are an advantage
