For our client, a modern and professional institution in long-term care in the Seeland region, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an independent and responsible Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH 50% in the night shift.

Your area of responsibility:

• Individual and holistic care and support of residents during the night
• Promotion of well-being and participation in the further development of the residential group
• Implementation of care concepts as well as quality and care standards
• Recognition and professional action in emergency situations
• Ensuring high care quality even in challenging situations
• Close collaboration in the permanent night watch team

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH or equivalent qualification
• Sound professional knowledge and high social competence
• Independent, calm and responsible working style
• Enjoyment of working the night shift
• Openness to change and new ideas
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
