Microsoft Cloud Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
You want to not only operate modern IT landscapes but actively further develop them? In this position, you combine Microsoft cloud technologies with intelligent workplace solutions and automated operational processes. We are looking for a technically skilled individual who translates complex requirements into secure, scalable and future-proof solutions.
Responsibilities:
Further development and optimisation of cloud-based Microsoft infrastructures with a focus on digital workplaces
Technical support and configuration of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint Online
Integration of cloud services, identity solutions and workplace components
Building automated processes for provisioning, configuration and maintenance of IT systems
Development of PowerShell scripts and automation solutions via Microsoft Graph
Implementation of modern identity and security concepts with Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional Access
Analysis and optimisation of performance, availability and security within the cloud environment
Participation in cloud transformations, technical migrations and the introduction of new Microsoft services
Evaluation of new features and development of sustainable technical standards
Qualifications:
Solid experience with Microsoft cloud technologies and modern IT workplace solutions
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the associated administration and integration possibilities
Practical experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online and ideally Azure
Knowledge of PowerShell, API integrations or Microsoft Graph
Understanding of cloud security, permission management and compliance
Independent, analytical working style and enthusiasm for technical optimisations
Interest in infrastructure as code, automated deployments and modern operational models
