Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager

• You maintain our ISMS according to ISO 27001, including policies, procedures and documentation
• You identify, assess, treat and monitor our cyber risks
• You ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and standards
• You create and maintain policies and standards
• You develop and manage Business Continuity Management (BCM)
• You are responsible for Third-Party Management (TPRM)
• You conduct internal and external audits as well as certification processes
• You prepare management reports, dashboards and key figures for the Cyber Security Board
• You plan "Tabletop Exercises", i.e. regular tests, in the areas of disaster recovery, BCM and incident response plans

• You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or a degree in computer science HF/FH
• You have one or more further qualifications in the cyber security field
• You have good knowledge in dealing with cyber risks and compliance frameworks (ISO / NIST)
• You have analytical skills, the ability to abstract and problem-solving competence
• You are a team player and enjoy working with others
• You work independently, are communicative and enjoy cyber security
