Junior System Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Support of IP telephony and call centre solutions
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of Hyper-V, storage systems and Windows servers
- Documentation, creation of instructions and participation in projects
- Support in first- and second-level support, ticket processing
- Management and monitoring of the backup system
Qualifications:
Training in the IT field
Experience with HyperV, storage systems and Windows servers
Knowledge of network technology (TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS) and Cisco
Experience with IP telephony, Microsoft Azure and O365 is an advantage
Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills
