• You take full end-to-end responsibility for searching and acquiring the best talents, using modern methods such as active sourcing, direct search, and other digital recruitment channels
• With your engaging manner, you ensure a professional candidate experience and recruit not only reactively but also proactively through talent pipelining
• With your expert knowledge, you are an important sparring partner for HR business partners as well as line managers and support them in their daily operational work
• You enjoy driving processes forward, trying out new things while still utilising proven methods

What you bring:

• You have several years of experience in operational HR, ideally specialising in recruiting; alternatively, you bring an agency background with experience in searching for specialised IT professionals
• You are very familiar with innovative recruiting methods and enjoy exploring new ways and possibilities to address and select the right candidates
• You are highly communicative, combined with the ability to quickly build a trusting relationship
• You have a strong service orientation and like to think "out of the box" to be successful in the war for talents
