To strengthen our IT team at Grand Casino Bern, we are looking for a committed and motivated individual as a Casino Application Specialist, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility

• Co-responsibility for the flawless operation of the casino's internal applications
• Implementation of projects to replace and expand internal applications
• Interface between external partners, IT, management, and users
• User support at 1st and 2nd level
• Participation in the on-call service according to the deployment plan
• Support of the IT team in daily operations as well as in cross-departmental tasks

• Completed training in the IT field or a comparable technical profession; alternatively, several years of professional experience in the administration of internal applications
• Solid experience in software and hardware support
• Experience in project management or participation in IT projects
• Strong communication skills and experience working with different stakeholders
• Independent, structured, and service-oriented working style
• High resilience, flexibility, and a positive personality with a touch of humour
• Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register extracts will be requested upon contract signing)
