Role:
In your role, you shape the digital workplace of the future. Along exciting projects, you develop the right solution mix so that customers can always rely on a first-class workplace service. As a digital pioneer, you play a key role in responding agilely to new requirements while continuously improving the service portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Solution architecture and engineering of Microsoft, client, and virtualisation technologies with the following focuses: Microsoft clients & servers, end device management, security & hardening, modern hybrid solutions with Azure, M365, and Citrix VDI solutions
- Planning, design, engineering, and product development of the digital workplace service product
- Close interaction with the technology operation teams, cloud product management, and support of the presales team
- In joint interaction with the customer, you take responsibility for engineering bespoke workplace services
- You are responsible for the conception and implementation of demanding customer and service integration projects as lead engineer
Qualifications:
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ with further education in the field of cloud and workplace services
- You have solid experience in the mentioned technology stacks
- You bring several years of know-how in the following areas: identity management, collaboration, active directory, messaging
- You are a communicative personality who likes to take responsibility and has a networked, analytical, and forward-looking way of thinking
- You have a project DNA with a strong affinity for standardisation and automation, which you use to ensure a high-quality and efficient operation
- Continuous further education, especially in workplace technologies and service models, is important to you
