The Justitia 4.0 project works, on behalf of the directors of justice and the Justice Conference (courts), on the digitalisation of Swiss justice. To this end, it develops the justitia.swiss platform for electronic communication in the judicial field and file consultation, as well as the judicial file application (ADJ) for processing and managing digital files. The project supports judicial authorities in their digital transformation through advice and tools and accompanies them during pilot phases and then deployment. You act as the contact person for cantonal and federal judicial authorities as well as for cantonal bar associations.

Your tasks are:
We are looking for a committed and communicative personality who, thanks to their professional skills and implementation ability, supports judicial organisations in introducing new digital systems. In this exciting dual role, you provide specialised advice and training on the one hand, and on the other, you accompany judicial authorities, within the framework of the Federal Act on Electronic Communication Platforms in the Judicial Field ( LPCJ ), from the pilot phase to the deployment of the justitia.swiss platform and the judicial file application. You are the central contact person for cantonal and federal judicial authorities as well as for bar associations, you are close to users and know how to make complex topics understandable.
- Support for judicial authorities: You are the central contact person for the cantonal or federal judicial authorities and bar associations assigned to you. You build trusting relationships and accompany them at all stages of digital transformation.
- Training & workshops: You independently organise and lead training sessions, presentations, and workshops, conveying the benefits of our solutions in a practical and understandable way.
- Coordination & communication: You work closely with project teams, ensure internal coordination, and actively communicate the needs of the authorities.
- Knowledge management: You keep contact details, documentation, and activities up to date in Phonemos and contribute to our internal knowledge base.
- Administrative support: You support the Transformation team with administrative tasks, feedback, controlling, and quality assurance, aiming to continuously optimise the entire process.
What you bring:
- Education & specialised knowledge: You have a degree in business administration or a technical field (at least a university of applied sciences diploma), complemented by continuing education in project management, communication, or change management, as well as several years of experience in public administration.
- Professional experience & IT affinity:
- You have experience in customer consulting, project support, or training in a digital environment, ideally in the judicial field or public sector. You are interested in IT-supported business processes and change projects.
- Communication & interpersonal skills:
- You have good social skills, convince with your confidence, and navigate easily in exchanges with different stakeholder groups.
- Language skills: Your mother tongue is German or French and you have very good knowledge of the other language, both written and spoken; knowledge of Italian is an asset.
- Working method & attitude: You work independently and precisely, are reliable, and meet deadlines. You want to engage passionately every day in digital transformation and seek creative, needs-oriented solutions.
- Flexibility & project work: You feel comfortable in an agile project environment and are willing to travel within Switzerland. You want to actively contribute to an innovative project.
