Role:

You transform complex business processes into lean business applications that departments enjoy using. As a Copilot Studio & Power Platform Engineer, you design solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform and combine technical know-how with genuine process understanding. From requirements analysis to release, you take responsibility and consistently rely on standard components where they suffice. Good architecture, clean data models, and maintainable solutions are a given for you.

Responsibilities:

• You design and implement Canvas Apps as well as Model-Driven Apps, paying attention to performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• You model tables, relationships, views, and permission concepts in Dataverse and map business logic with Power Fx.

• With Power Automate, you digitalise approval processes and build cross-system automations.

• You link solutions with Microsoft 365 (M365), Dynamics 365, and third-party systems via connectors and REST APIs and supplement them with Azure services if necessary.

• Furthermore, you implement bot solutions with Copilot Studio and ensure structured Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) through environments and solutions.

• Additionally, you analyse errors purposefully, optimise existing applications, and promote best practices as well as reusable components.

Qualifications:

• You have at least 3 years of solid practical experience in development with the Power Platform.

• You are proficient in implementing Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, complex workflows, and sophisticated Power Fx formulas.

• You are familiar with architectures involving environments, solutions, and deployments between environments as well as role and security concepts.

• You bring experience with standard connectors and integrations in SharePoint and Teams. Knowledge of custom connectors, Azure services, or virtual agents is a plus.

• Moreover, you confidently conduct requirements analyses and critically assess solutions regarding scalability and security.

• You are equally convincing in German and English, and a Microsoft certification as a developer or functional consultant would be ideal.
