How you can contribute

• Legally process legislative acts of all levels and legal questions related to digitalisation aspects
• Build up and convey know-how in the field of digitalisation and law
• Provide legal advice to internal and external administrative actors on legal aspects of digital transformation in the healthcare sector
• Participate internally and in coordination with other federal offices on legal issues in the competence centre "Digitalisation and Law" thematic area

What makes you unique

• University degree in law, preferably with in-depth knowledge or experience in healthcare law
• Strong flair for the interface between law and digitalisation, relevant professional experience or specific qualification is an advantage
• Service-oriented advisory competence and precise expression
• Structured and independent working style as well as enjoyment of innovative and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Active knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, passive knowledge of the third official language
