What you can achieve
- Development of logistical concepts (e.g. maintenance concepts with definition of repair competencies, etc.)
- Support of all-round support for a product (implementation of maintenance concept, ensuring long-term availability of spare parts, creation of training concepts, etc.)
- Processing of logistical products including planning and calculating logistical services with creation of specific service descriptions
- Carrying out the requirements determination of spare materials and special tools
- Triggering material procurement and monitoring timely delivery
- Coordinating the acceptance of peripheral material by the customer
- Supporting the system manager in the technical and logistical area
- Technical and administrative on-site support of the troops as well as base logistics
- Conducting technical and logistical clarifications and documentation in cooperation with the ILS manager
- Processing technical solution variants in the change service
- Creating life cycle files (requesting the necessary data)
- Creating change cost requests (offers with service description) for the AeD phases II, III and IV)
- Supporting the processing of analyses and reports
- Representing individual improvement points at internal and external meetings
What you bring with you
- Completed technical training (specialising in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering), ideally further training as a technician HF or business specialist / technical merchant
- Knowledge in the field of armoured vehicles, experience in the military logistics environment as well as maintenance is an advantage
- Experience in the field of design (Mech / El) and/or ILS is an advantage
- Experience in project management is an advantage
- Solid MS Office skills and in SAP (S4/Hana)
- Team-oriented, flexible, independent and responsible working
- Business fluent German, good English skills, French skills are an advantage
