IT Support Specialist - 1st & 2nd Level (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF65,000 - 75,000Role:
Receiving and prioritising requests and incidents in the helpdesk
Handling 1st and 2nd level support requests online and on-site
Planning and carrying out maintenance and expansion work on IT systems
Responsibility for the administration and maintenance of workplace computers
Monitoring networks, servers and communication systems
Independently carrying out smaller IT projects
Requirements:
Completed training as an IT specialist with a focus on system technology
Sound knowledge of Windows clients, networks, security and servers
Good knowledge of mobile telephony, Microsoft Office, English and basic knowledge of iOS/Android
Strong service orientation and communication skills
Open to various topics and continuous further education in IT
