As a Senior Payment & Investigation Specialist (m/f) in Glarus, you ensure that payment transactions run smoothly and actively shape their further development.
Tasks:
You participate in projects and system tests to introduce new or improved applications, automations, digitalisations, and process optimisations
You provide professional advice to internal and external parties and take on the corresponding clarifications
You maintain correspondence as well as telephone contacts with internal and external parties, including our external payment service providers
You monitor and process pending and rejected transactions
You handle returns from amount recoveries from external banks
Profile:
You have completed a banking apprenticeship or a commercial basic education with banking-related further training
You bring 3 to 5 years of experience in international and national payment transactions of a bank
You have an affinity for the IT system landscape in interbank payment transactions. Knowledge of Finnova and Finastra is an advantage
You have experience in project management in the payment transaction environment at a bank
You are an initiative-taking, service-oriented, and communication-affine personality
You have a high sense of responsibility and duty, organise yourself excellently and are happy to go the "extra mile".
You express yourself confidently in spoken and written German (native speaker or C1) and have good English skills (B1)
You have good MS Office skills, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
You can imagine working 4 out of 5 days on-site in Glarus, with a maximum travel time of 45 minutes each way
