Data and Artificial Intelligence are sustainably transforming companies. As a Data & AI Lead at Aveniq, you take on a key role in expanding our Data & AI portfolio, developing innovative services, and supporting our clients in their data-driven transformation. You combine strategic thinking, leadership, and technical expertise, guiding our clients from the idea to the successful implementation of their Data & AI initiatives.

What to expect:

• You further develop our Data & AI strategy and ensure its successful implementation

• You identify new technology trends such as Generative AI, Agentic AI, or MLOps and transform these into marketable services

• You are responsible for demanding Data & AI projects and advise clients at management and C-level

• You position Aveniq as a trusted advisor for data-driven transformations

• You lead and develop a team of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and AI Consultants

• You actively support presales activities, proposals, and client presentations

• You further expand our network with technology partners and relevant market players

• You represent Aveniq at specialist events, conferences, and client events

What you bring:

• A university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a comparable field

• Several years of experience in data, analytics, or AI environments, ideally in consulting

• Proven experience in leading teams and successfully implementing complex Data & AI projects

• Excellent knowledge in Data Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Governance, as well as cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or GCP

• Experience with modern GenAI and LLM technologies

• Entrepreneurial thinking and enthusiasm for building and further developing services

• Strong communication skills and confident presence at all hierarchical levels

• Fluent German and good English skills
