About the job
We are looking for a
Head of Operations Rapport Zurich 100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- Operational management of the Rapport team in the Zurich metropolitan area with around 20 employees
- Central contact person for our customers as well as competent representation of Rapport in daily business
- Operational support on site in case of personnel bottlenecks (holiday and sick leave replacements)
- Implementation and coordination of administrative and organizational tasks, including recruitment & onboarding, presentations, evaluations & reporting as well as sustainability & innovation
- Close cooperation with the Head of Rapport (based in Geneva) and active participation in the further development of the customer portfolio
Your profile
- Every guest experience should be unique – our guiding principle is both motivation and aspiration for you
- Completed training at a hotel management school as well as 2-3 years of professional experience in 4-/5-star hotel industry (administration, front of house) or a comparable qualification with corresponding practical experience
- Leadership personality with healthy self-confidence as well as a professional and confident appearance
- Linguistic fluency in spoken and written German and English (level C1/C2)
- Structured, independent and reliable way of working
- IT affinity and confident MS Office skills
