Specialist innosolvenergy (a)

Your Tasks

• Implementation of customer projects based on the innosolvenergy solution platform
• First-class support for our energy supply companies, municipal and city customers
• Consulting and implementation of projects using our innosolvenergy applications
• Software parameterisation, interfaces, etc.
• Creation of training materials and conducting user training
• Support on-site, by phone and via remote access
• Creation of concepts, execution of installations and parameterisations, as well as their functional tests
• Targeted and personal customer care

Your Profile

• Higher education in business informatics, energy and environmental technology or comparable (HF or FH)
• High IT affinity, basic knowledge of SQL facilitates the entry
• Experience in the energy sector as well as with innosolvenergy is an advantage
• High service and customer orientation
• Motivated consultant personality with a technical flair
• Strong negotiation and assertiveness skills
• Helpfulness, sociability and team spirit
