The Balthasar Group, an innovative and successful family business with around 70 employees from the Lucerne Seetal region, is looking for you! Since 1939, we have operated the largest candle production in Switzerland and develop, produce and market products for the Home & Living sectors.

Do you have an affinity for these products and would you like to work in a young and motivated team? We are looking for a Sales Team B2B member immediately or by arrangement.

WHAT AWAITS YOU

• A versatile and exciting role in a well-coordinated team
• An important bridging function between customers, sales, marketing and logistics
• Co-responsibility for commercial order processing, from order entry to invoicing
• Telephone and written advice for B2B and end customers
• You support the Key Account and Product Managers in their tasks in the assortments and customer care

WHAT YOU BRING

• You have a commercial basic education and have already gained 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
• Good user knowledge of MS Office tools is required (Excel etc.)
• Enjoy working with an inventory management system and already have some experience with it (e.g. Business Central)
• An exact and structured way of working with a high degree of independence
• You are a team player and have the desire to develop further
• A strong customer and service orientation and a winning appearance
• Good communication skills in German and ideally also French
