In the central internal sales / customer service in Altishofen, the concerns and needs of our customers in the areas of Cargo, Food, Frigo and Healthcare Logistics are coordinated and processed. To further optimise our services in terms of perfection and quality, we are looking for you as a clerk in internal sales (a).

Area of responsibility

• Processing customer enquiries, customer complaints and damage cases
• Preparing customer master lists and statistics
• Accompanying and monitoring customer projects and customer processes
• General administrative tasks

Requirements profile

• Completed training as a merchant EFZ
• Very good German skills and good French skills, English an advantage
• Enjoyment in dealing with customers
• Networked thinking and precise working method
• Reliable, customer-oriented and team-capable personality
