In this versatile role, you will advise, support and coach managers and employees on all personnel-related issues throughout the employee lifecycle. As part of a professional and collegial HR team, you act as a competent contact person for your areas of responsibility and accompany them in both operational and strategic HR matters.
Your responsibilities include recruiting new employees, supporting talent and performance management processes, advising on labour law issues, and supporting change and organisational development projects. You will work closely with the specialist departments as well as the payroll and HR administration teams. In addition, you will take on exciting tasks in personnel development, actively participate in HR projects and contribute to the continuous optimisation and further development of HR processes and tools.
You can expect a varied and responsible role with plenty of scope for creativity in an international financial services company. Look forward to a appreciative environment, modern working conditions, flexible working models and the opportunity to actively shape the further development of the HR area.
Requirements Profile
To successfully master this exciting challenge, you have completed further training in human resources, preferably as an HR specialist with a federal certificate, and have several years of professional experience in a broad HR function, ideally as an HR Business Partner from a similar industry (banks, financial industry, insurance, etc.). You bring sound knowledge in recruiting, personnel development, talent management and labour law and have already gained initial experience in leading or participating in HR projects. Professional experience in a service-oriented, consulting or international environment is an advantage.
In addition to your professional competence, you are characterised by an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working. You know how to competently advise a wide range of stakeholders, present yourself confidently and convince with strong communication and consulting skills. Fluent German skills as well as good English skills are required. Knowledge of an HRIS system, ideally Abacus, rounds off your profile.
Are you looking for a new challenge in a versatile HR function in a team that lives the "team spirit" and jointly provides optimal and innovative HR services within the company? Do you recognise yourself in the above profile? Then we look forward to receiving your complete application documents (CV including references, diplomas, etc.) by e-mail to Ms Alexandra Fricker, alexandra.fricker@evergreen-hr.ch.
