Your job: Be the engine of an entire workshop

BestDrive by Continental is the new service brand of Continental AG with around 70 own branches throughout Switzerland. Additionally, 47 FleetPartners expand the network. The new brand gradually emerges from the brands Pneu Egger and Adam Touring and is intended to visibly represent the long-standing affiliation with the Continental Group externally in the future.
We offer car service, tyres and accessories in our branches: for a perfectly maintained vehicle that guarantees great driving comfort and maximum safety in every traffic situation. We have been the leading company in the Swiss tyre trade for years.

Tasks to be done:

• Operational management of the branch: You are responsible for the entire management of the branch according to guidelines.
• Customer advice & support: You advise customers on matters concerning their vehicle and are responsible for customer experiences and satisfaction.
• Staff management: You lead, motivate and develop your team in the branch with expertise and sensitivity.
• Target and budget responsibility: You monitor your branch’s KPIs, keep an eye on the annual budget and keep the branch on course.
• Goods disposition & purchasing: You ensure that everything is available in the branch - from tyres to accessories.
• New customer acquisition: You think entrepreneurially and build strong customer relationships.
• Active employee in daily business: If necessary, you work actively in daily business and pitch in together with your team.

What we expect:

• Completed training as an automotive diagnostician FA, automotive mechatronics technician EFZ or automotive specialist EFZ as well as many years of experience in the truck sector
• Additional training in commercial and/or business management fields
• Relevant professional and leadership experience (preferably as workshop manager or branch manager in the automotive sector)
• Strong sales and results orientation
• High degree of initiative, resilience and commitment
• Good IT skills in MS Office
• Driving licence category B
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Customer-oriented, independent personality with team spirit
