Your skills and talents

• You have completed a Matura, commercial school or an apprenticeship in a commercial environment and may be enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences and are looking for employment during semester breaks
• You are willing to work in shifts and occasionally on weekends (2-3 times a month)
• Besides German as your mother tongue, you speak French at level B2; any additional language is an advantage (especially Italian)
• High service orientation and enjoyment of contact via telephone characterise you
• You are helpful and enjoy supporting people
• You are technically proficient and can familiarise yourself with IT systems in a short time
• In hectic situations, you remain calm and positive
