The SINCONA Group is an internationally active family business based in the heart of Zurich. We specialise in the auctioning of coins as well as the trading of precious metals, combining long-standing tradition and expertise with international business relationships and modern digital processes.
For our office in the immediate vicinity of Zurich main station, we are looking for a reliable, committed and proactive individual who enjoys taking responsibility, works independently and contributes flexibly within a small team.
Your tasks
This varied position combines customer service, auctions, logistics and administration. Your tasks include in particular:
- Personal, telephone and written support of our national and international customers
- Reception and support of our customers in our business premises
- Independent handling of customer correspondence in German and English
- Maintenance and updating of customer and master data
- Administrative preparation as well as support in the organisation, execution and follow-up of our auctions
- Independent organisation and handling of national and international shipments
- Coordination with freight forwarders, courier services and other logistics partners
- Creation and control of shipping, customs, import and export documents
- Monitoring and tracking of shipments, pending matters and deadlines
- General administrative and organisational support in day-to-day business
Your profile
For us, in addition to a good professional foundation, practical experience, independence, reliability and willingness to take responsibility are particularly important.
Ideally, you bring the following:
- Commercial basic training or a comparable education or relevant professional experience
- Professional experience in customer service, administration or a comparable environment
- Experience with international shipping as well as import, export and customs processing is an advantage
- Strong IT and online affinity as well as enjoyment in working with digital applications
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; additional foreign languages are an advantage
- Independent, structured and careful working style
- Organisational talent as well as the ability to recognise priorities and reliably follow up on pending matters
- High sense of responsibility, reliability and discretion
- Professional and friendly demeanour
- Proactive, thoughtful personality with a pronounced hands-on mentality

The workload is 70–90 %. Since continuous support of our customers during business hours is important to us, the agreed workload is generally distributed over five working days from Monday to Friday.
