Your interesting area of responsibility includes, among other things:

• Telephone support and assistance
• Help with scheduling
• Receipt and processing of orders
• Preparation of invoices and subscription contracts
• Maintenance and updating of the customer database
• Filing and management of various documents
• General administrative and organisational tasks

For this position you bring the following profile:

• Experience in the commercial field
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Reliable, honest and independent working style
• Friendly and customer-oriented manner
• High commitment and enjoyment in thinking along and helping out
