As Application Manager Business Central, you take responsibility for the operation and further development of a central ERP environment based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Departments come directly to you with their requirements, and you translate them into viable solutions. The role combines technical application management with a good understanding of business processes. Over time, you will support additional applications and expand your area of responsibility.
Responsibilities:
You operate, optimise, and continuously develop the ERP application
You analyse business requirements together with the departments and implement them
You ensure the reliable operation of the interfaces
Furthermore, you manage external partners and suppliers and keep incident, change, and release management under control
You actively contribute to projects, rollouts, and system migrations
Additionally, you create documentation and support 2nd and 3rd level support
Qualifications:
You have several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or its predecessor versions
You are very familiar with business processes in finance, purchasing, and sales
Experience in application management rounds off your profile
Working analytically, structured, and solution-oriented corresponds to your nature
You also enjoy collaborating with departments and external service providers
Moreover, you communicate confidently in German both orally and in writing
