In 2018, our Swiss tech company KEMARO AG launched the world's first autonomous dry-cleaning robot for industrial use – the K900. The first employee was hired in November 2019, and the company now has almost 60 employees at its site in Eschlikon TG.Together we are revolutionizing how global logistics and industrial companies keep their facilities clean and safe.
Your Mission: You are the strategic architect for European market growth, ensuring KEMARO achieves its goal of 100% growth in the Europe region through a high-performance sales organization and rigorous financial management.
Your tasks
- Revenue & P&L Responsibility: You hold full accountability for european sales budget, managing the regional P&L to ensure that 100% revenue growth target is achieved in the European market
- Team Leadership & Performance: You lead the Swiss sales team and provide functional and disciplinary guidance to Area Sales Managers.
- Strategic Pricing & Margin Management: You are responsible for the operational implementation of new price structures and the optimization of dealer margins to accelerate market penetration while protecting bottom-line profitability.
- RaaS & Software Sales: You drive the "Robotics-as-a-Service" (RaaS) approach and promote the sale of software licenses and system integrations to secure high-margin recurring revenue.
- Partner Management: Lead the global Channel Management organization with direct reporting responsibility and execution of channel strategy.
Your profile
- Sales Expert: Several years of leadership experience in the international sales of complex capital goods, including direct responsibility for regional P&L and reve-nue targets.
- Scaling Mindset: Proven track record in building partner networks and managing high revenue growth within a scale-up environment.
- Strategic Acumen: Experience with RaaS business models, margin control, and negotiating enterprise-level framework agreements.
- Linguistic Skills: Business-fluent in German and English; additional European languages are a significant advantage.
