The Auf der Leiern Centre in Gelterkinden BL is supported by the private "Stiftung Leiern" and has a service agreement with the Canton BL. We offer special education for around 40 pupils with a diverse, integrated therapy programme as well as boarding care. You can expect a very varied and exciting job working with our children and young people.

We are looking immediately or by arrangement for our pupil residential group:

Social Pedagogue HF/FH or Social Pedagogue HF/FH (60 - 80%)

We expect:

appropriate professional training (HF or FH)

ability to act in a goal-oriented pedagogical manner

experience and enjoyment in working with children and young people with behavioural difficulties

strong communication skills in interdisciplinary collaboration

confident, assertive personality with an optimistic attitude and a sense of humour

team spirit, willingness to collaborate across departments

flexibility and willingness to work shifts including night and weekend presence

competence in administrative matters and good PC skills

practice instructor course and driving licence are advantageous
