You will be responsible for

• You are responsible for the comprehensive management of an exciting, diverse commercial portfolio
• You are the central contact person for tenants and manage the entire rental contract process
• You ensure property maintenance and oversee construction measures
• You manage the budgeting process and take on tasks in property accounting
• You competently advise our clients on all matters concerning their real estate

You bring with you

To support our real estate professionals, we are looking for a personable individual with an authentic and professional demeanour. You recognise important and urgent tasks and are used to setting priorities correctly. Even under high workloads, you work quickly and precisely. You are interested in the real estate industry, related fields, and possess strong social skills.
We are seeking applicants with a completed commercial education and a federal specialist certificate as a property manager (or working towards it).
