Collection, analysis and structured documentation of business and customer requirements
Evaluation of complex requirements, identification of risks and dependencies as well as development of suitable solution approaches
Creation and execution of test concepts, test cases and acceptance scenarios
Collaboration in usability engineering to optimise user-friendliness and application experience
Close cooperation with technical specialists to develop and implement holistic solutions
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of professional experience as a business analyst, requirements engineer or in a comparable role
Experience in service companies and ideally certification in business analysis / IREB
Completed technical degree or equivalent qualification
Strong analytical, structured and communication skills
Fluent German and English skills
Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
