For the further development of our team and the support of our apprentices, we are looking for a committed personality as Lead Link IT Circle and Trainer with immediate effect or by arrangement.

What you bring with you 

* You have training as an IT specialist EFZ or a comparable ICT qualification; further training at FA, HF or FH level is an advantage 

* You like to take responsibility and bring leadership skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking * You communicate openly, confidently and appropriately for the audience 

* You work independently and reliably, are flexible and appreciate teamwork 

* You enjoy supporting and promoting apprentices with your pedagogical flair and social skills 

* You like practical tasks and enjoy accompanying apprentices on real customer projects

What you can achieve 

* You lead and develop the IT circle with its various training professions and actively shape its future

* You are responsible for budget planning and keep an eye on financial guidelines 

* You further develop our training offers and design a modern, practice-oriented and future-oriented vocational training 

* You support apprentices and work closely with vocational schools, IV offices as well as internal and external specialist offices

* You plan and coordinate production orders and link training objectives with exciting, real work assignments 

* You ensure good training organisation - from deployment planning and training documentation to compliance with quality, safety and process requirements
