Job Description

Under the responsibility of the Domain Manager Retail Solutions, your main mission will be to play a key role in identifying, analysing and transforming business needs into high value-added technological solutions.

As an IT Business Analyst, you are the preferred partner of the business teams to identify improvement opportunities, optimise processes and translate business needs into digital solutions that create value. You support the transformation of processes and journeys supporting the Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) programme and contribute to the evolution of our platforms to offer a smooth, secure and consistent experience to customers and internal teams throughout the lifecycle of certified watches.

Thanks to your understanding of business challenges and technological capabilities, you contribute to defining the roadmap, prioritising initiatives and the success of strategic projects supporting Audemars Piguet’s ambitions.

Within this framework, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Understand the needs of the CPO, CRM, Retail, Customer Service teams and other stakeholders, and translate them into digital solutions that create value for the company and its customers
• Contribute to prioritising the portfolio of initiatives based on their business value, impact and feasibility
• Lead scoping workshops, gather and formalise business requirements in the form of user stories, processes and functional specifications
• Collaborate closely with development, architecture, integration and quality teams to ensure solutions are adapted to needs and comply with company standards
• Contribute to defining and evolving the CPO roadmap in line with Audemars Piguet’s strategic objectives
• Participate in design, testing, acceptance, deployment and change management phases to ensure solution adoption
• Monitor initiatives, identify risks, propose mitigation plans and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Analyse solution performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimisation
• Foster collaboration between business teams, end users, external partners and IT teams in an international environment
• Contribute to innovation and evolution of the CPO programme by identifying new opportunities to optimise processes, user journeys and digital solutions

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Significant experience on eCommerce and/or CPO projects in an omni-channel environment
• Experience with Commercetools or any other leading e-commerce and digital platform
• Excellent skills in analysis, structuring and prioritisation
• Experience in managing IT projects
• Ease in communicating with diverse interlocutors (IT & business)
• Customer-oriented approach and continuous improvement mindset
• Natural leadership and ability to influence without hierarchical authority
• Ability to operate in a cross-functional and multi-stakeholder environment
• Fluency in French and very good knowledge of English
