For our client, an established organisation in the healthcare and service sector in the Bernese Oberland, we are looking for a HR Business Partner 80–100%. Your tasks with the new employer
- You advise managers and decision-makers on all personnel matters and professionally support employees with various concerns, conflicts, and health-related absences
- You manage the recruitment process from job posting through dossier review to communication with applicants and support the line in personnel and resource planning
- Together with the HR team, you handle entries, changes, and exits, assist with work references and job descriptions, and ensure compliance with labour law requirements
- You take on tasks related to payroll calculations and payroll runs, support recurring HR measures, and prepare relevant evaluations and reports
You offer your new employer
- You have a commercial basic education as well as further training in human resources, preferably the Swiss Federal Certificate as an HR specialist
- Several years of professional experience in human resources are required, with knowledge of the healthcare sector being an additional advantage for this position
- You work confidently with MS Office and have experience with HR systems; additional knowledge in personnel planning or ERP solutions is an advantage
- Your independent and reliable working style is combined with analytical thinking, a flair for numbers, resilience, and enjoyment in advising and collaborating with different stakeholders
