What you will do here
- Collaborate in research projects in the field of professional development and digitalisation (Virtual Reality and AI) as well as plan, acquire, conduct, lead and evaluate initial research and development projects
- Participate in teaching in the Bachelor's degree programme: conduct courses and supervise student research papers, internships and Bachelor theses
- Undertake further substantive and organisational tasks at the Institute of Subject Didactics, Professional Development and Digitalisation
What you ideally bring with you
- Master's degree in Social Work or Social Sciences
- Professional experience in the field of Social Work
- Willingness to develop a research profile and actively shape your own development; interest in a doctorate is desirable
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis is desirable
- Initial experience in university teaching; willingness to complete further training in higher education didactics
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, French and English skills are an advantage
