Administrative Officer
What you will do with us
- Hub for administrative and organisational matters in close cooperation with management and project managers
- Reception and telephone switchboard - you are our business card to the outside world
- Support in billing, dunning and debt collection
- Checking and coding of creditor invoices
- Recording and processing customer orders as well as assisting with tenders and quotations
- General administrative tasks including 100% holiday cover
- Active contribution of ideas to optimise processes
- Participation in the digitalisation and further development of our administrative procedures
What you bring with you
- Commercial basic training with experience in an SME in the trade or construction sector
- Independent, structured and efficient way of working
- Enjoyment in taking responsibility and driving things forward
- Organisational talent with a cool head even in hectic situations
- Communicative, positive and team-oriented personality
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- Very good MS Office skills, SAP experience an advantage
- Affinity for digital tools and interest in actively improving processes
