To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and trustworthy individual to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

As part of our team, you will apply your strengths purposefully:

• Advising insured persons and employers on pension topics and supporting complex issues related to occupational pensions
• Handling all transactions in pension administration (entries and exits, salary changes, purchases, home ownership promotion, divorces, retirements, etc.)
• Supporting accounting with the annual financial statements
• Opportunity to take over the management of mandates

Your Profile

• Completed commercial basic training and professional experience in social insurance, preferably in occupational pensions, or in financial accounting with experience in annual financial statements
• Confident use of MS Office
• Independent, punctual, and precise working style
• Good German skills in spoken and written form; French or English skills are welcome
• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact
