What you can contribute
- Edit judgements mainly from the areas of infrastructure/environment (e.g. national roads, railways, airports, energy), postal and telecommunications services, personnel matters, data protection and public access law as well as state liability
- Participate in the instruction and decision of administrative court appeal procedures
- Take minutes at inspections, public hearings and decision consultations
What makes you unique
- Completed law degree as well as lawyer's licence or doctorate
- Several years of professional experience in a court organisation, in legal practice or in administration
- Knowledge in the subjects of Department I, specialist areas 1-6, is an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking skills, precise linguistic expression, high degree of independence and resilience
- Teamwork skills
- Main and working language German, very good knowledge of at least one other official language
