About the job

Our forest team is growing – therefore we are looking for a committed specialist to complement our team. Would you like to combine your educational skills with working in nature? In the Forest Deployment Team, you support our accompanied employees in using their individual strengths in forest care and firewood processing. Our trained specialists accompany people with sometimes challenging behaviour in their daily work and offer them support, structure, and plenty of freedom in a natural environment. Specialised tasks are taken over by our forest wardens.

Your main tasks

• Accompanying employees with disabilities in activities related to forest care and firewood processing
• Structuring the workday, creating suitable work arrangements, and supporting individual learning processes
• Taking responsibility for the implementation of our orders – to the full satisfaction of our customers
• Active contribution to a respectful working atmosphere and constructive conflict resolution
• Key worker duties: responsibility for educational processes, individual development planning, and conducting annual reviews

What you bring with you

• Experience or further training in work pedagogy or corresponding experience in guiding, accompanying, and caring for people with disabilities
• Team-oriented, solution-focused, and humorous personality
• Sensitivity in dealing with people with different abilities and needs
• Enjoyment of working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Manual skills and physical resilience
• Independent, professional, and careful working style
• Driving licence category B
