Are you motivated by the idea of actively shaping the strategic development of our Life business and ensuring that ambitious goals turn into measurable results?

In this key role, you are responsible for the successful implementation of various strategic initiatives in Zurich Switzerland's life insurance business. You combine strategic thinking with consistent execution, create transparency about progress and impact, and work closely with the management team as well as other experienced stakeholders and the senior leadership team of Zurich in Switzerland.

What to expect

• You are responsible for implementing strategic initiatives in the Life area, from prioritisation and planning to sustainable implementation.
• You develop a comprehensive implementation roadmap, coordinate dependencies, and ensure consistent follow-up of agreed measures.
• You establish effective project governance and create transparency about progress, risks, and goal achievement.
• You act as a strategic sparring partner for the management team and prepare target-group-appropriate decision-making bases for top management.
• You manage cross-departmental stakeholders and ensure that strategic priorities are translated into measurable results and sustainably anchored.

What distinguishes you

• Several years of experience in a senior strategy, transformation, or programme management role, ideally in the insurance, pension, or financial services environment
• Proven experience in successfully implementing complex, cross-departmental strategy and transformation initiatives, preferably at a leading strategy consultancy
• Strong strategic, analytical, and conceptual skills as well as the ability to translate complex topics into concrete recommendations for action
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and confidence in working with senior and executive stakeholders
• High initiative, implementation strength, and clear communication as well as very good German and English skills
