Junior System Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Collaboration in the Service Desk (1st to 2nd level)
• Execution and/or support of IT infrastructure projects and Microsoft 365 as well as subsequent operation
• Support in IT security projects
• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of client and server systems
• Maintenance and operation of our own cloud infrastructure
• Accompanying and supporting our apprentices in their daily work
• On-call duty in rotation

Your profile

• Solid knowledge in the Service Desk (ITIL processes)
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
• Good knowledge in the areas of FortiGate firewalls and network technologies is desirable
• Enjoyment of customer contact and teamwork
• Several years of professional experience in the IT service environment
• Confident German and English language skills, both spoken and written
