Junior or Professional IT Supporter (a) 100% [Ref: 2780]
Your tasks
- Support onboarding and training of new team members
- Receiving and processing incidents via phone, chat, and web ticket
- Remote and on-site support for technical issues
- Forward complex enquiries to the responsible specialist departments
- Maintain the knowledge base and contribute to optimisations
Your profile
- Completed IT training or several years of experience in a comparable role
- Experienced use of ticketing tools, hardware, and software
- German language skills at C2 level are mandatory
- Any additional language is an advantage
