Clerk Sales Administration (80 - 100%)
PharmaFocus is a full-range pharmaceutical wholesaler supplying independent pharmacies in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Since its foundation, the company has successfully pursued the goal of strengthening the profession of pharmacists as independent entrepreneurs. The partnership formed in 2013 with the German pharmacy cooperative NOWEDA supports PharmaFocus in this mission and creates sustainable added value for both customers and employees. Around 180 employees work at two locations in Münchenstein (BL) and Romont (FR) at PharmaFocus on behalf of health.
For our internal sales department in Münchenstein, we are looking for a commercially skilled and numerically inclined individual to administratively support our sales processes. In this role, you will regularly work with customer and sales data, maintain master data and contracts, and support sales with evaluations and reliable data preparation.
Your area of responsibility
- Creation and administrative processing of quotations
- Maintenance, modification and control of customer master data and contracts
- Preparation and evaluation of sales and customer data
- Creation and processing of lists and evaluations in Microsoft Excel
- Correspondence and administration in German and French
- Coordination with sales, customer service and other internal departments
- Support of management and sales in administrative and data-related tasks
- Ensuring high data quality and reliable documentation
Your profile
- Completed commercial training
- Experience in sales administration, commercial clerical work or a comparable function
- Very good Excel skills, especially in handling formulas, links, pivot tables and large data sets
- Confident handling of large amounts of data, lists and evaluations
- Very good German and French skills, spoken and written; Italian is an advantage
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage
- Knowledge of the pharmacy and/or pharmaceutical wholesaler industry is a great advantage
- Structured, precise and independent working style as well as a good understanding of administrative processes
