DUAP AG is an internationally active family business based in Herzogenbuchsee. For over 80 years, we have been developing and producing leading injection systems for large engines on ocean-going ships and in power plants.

To enable our employees to work productively, we strive in IT to provide our staff with the most modern digital tools. For confidentiality reasons, much is still on premise. Nevertheless, we operate state-of-the-art office and production software applications, including AI.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as an IT Specialist and ICT Supporter.

Your tasks – versatile and close to people

• You are the contact person for our employees regarding IT questions and support them solution-oriented with hardware, software, and application issues.
• You analyse telephone and support ticket requests (1st and 2nd level support) dealing with Microsoft Office and business applications (CRM, ERP, DMS), actively seek solutions or request support from colleagues.
• You install, configure, and maintain workstations, notebooks, peripherals and actively contribute to the security and stability of our IT environment.
• You participate in projects for the continuous development of our IT environment and contribute your ideas and suggestions for improvement.

What you bring – professionally and personally

• A completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist EFZ, ICT specialist EFZ, or a comparable qualification. Experienced career changers are also welcome.
• Good knowledge in Windows, Office applications, and hardware installation.
• Enjoyment in IT support, explaining technical topics, and learning new things.
• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
• Communication skills, team spirit, reliability, and interest in digitalisation topics.
• Good German skills in spoken and written form; other languages are welcome.
