Tour guides lead groups through unfamiliar terrain. They know the route, notice who is struggling, and patiently explain the same thing for the fifth time. That’s exactly the kind of person we are looking for. Only your route won’t be through Patagonia, but through the HR processes of our clients.

Your Travel Group.

SMEs, fiduciary companies and law firms who finally want to get their HR processes under control. Some know exactly where they want to go. Others realise along the way that their previous path was a detour. Both need someone to lead the way.

Your Route.

• You lead projects for the implementation and optimisation of Abacus HR, from analysis to go-live.
• You review the HR processes at the client and implement them in Abacus: personnel administration, onboarding and offboarding, employee appraisals, absences, employee portal, HR reporting, recruiting and much more.
• You train the key users and support them until they can proceed independently.
• You further develop existing customer solutions and take them to the next level.
• You help build up our HR offering. The position is new, and you will shape it.

Your Path to Tour Leading: Many Roads Lead to the Goal.

You know the terrain. You have experience with the Abacus HR modules and have already set them up for clients. The terrain is familiar to you, now you want to lead the group.

You know the group. You come from HR, have lived and optimised processes, and want to switch sides because you know how it can be better. We will show you the terrain, and we will cover the costs for the Abacus certifications.

Both lead to the same meeting point. What matters is that you safely bring people to their destination.

Honestly Speaking

This position has never existed with us before. Some things are still being developed, not every process is finished, and you will ask questions to which we do not yet have answers. In return, you will help shape things from the start instead of stepping into a finished role. If you prefer building rather than following ready-made paths, you are right with us.

Your Luggage

• Several years of senior-level experience, either from the Abacus world or from HR
• Training in HR (e.g. HR specialist certificate, federal diploma, CAS/MAS in HRM) or in business/business informatics
• Project experience: You have led projects or played a significant role in them
• Clear communication: You explain complex matters simply, both to management and key users
• Startup pace: Changing priorities don’t bother you, you find pragmatic solutions
• You enjoy being on-site with clients and like giving training sessions
