Department Head HF Nursing Sargans
from 1 March 2027 or by arrangement* You lead and support the lecturers, promote their pedagogical competence and create an inspiring working atmosphere
* You work closely with the other department heads, the secretariat and the school management
* You design and evaluate the teaching and are close to the students as well as the learning processes
* You develop the department professionally, use the Learning Management System (LMS) purposefully to improve quality and work closely with practical institutions
This unique mix makes the role a varied and creative leadership task.
* Professional specialisation in nursing (Bachelor / NDS / HFP)
* Pedagogical qualification (certified vocational school teacher / HF lecturer or equivalent qualifications)
* Enjoyment of innovation, new learning methods and the further development of digital learning environments
* Leadership strength, communication skills and pleasure in taking responsibility together in the continuing education leadership team
* Experience in project work as well as in cooperation with educational partners and practical institutions
* High motivation to support a professional team and at the same time to be effective in teaching yourself
* A modern educational environment with an innovative PBL curriculum
* A competent, appreciative team
