Due to retirement, we are looking for a

Foreman/Forewoman in Horticulture (m/f/d)

from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement

• Care and support of incarcerated persons
• Collaboration in a motivated team
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with internal specialist services
• Diverse range of tasks including production, sales, services, and maintenance

• Qualification as a gardener EFZ ornamental plant cultivation or comparable training, professional experience in sales and production, at least 25 years old
• Social-pedagogical flair, enjoyment in dealing with people with different life stories and from other cultures
• Flexibility, resilience, assertiveness, and enjoyment of teamwork
• Clear and respectful communication and cooperation skills
• Independent and structured way of working
